Norman is the Cleveland County seat and Oklahoma’s third-largest city. It’s home to the University of Oklahoma’s main campus and the National Weather Center, a joint effort of OU and NOAA.

OU home game days change traffic near campus. If you’re looking close to the university, it’s worth seeing on a Saturday.
